In this position you will develop software and systems to operate (PLC) and visualise (HMI, Scada) systems and processes. In addition, you will design software interfaces to establish communication with external systems and equipment.
Our clients' projects could be located in the Netherlands or abroad.

Skills
Knowledge of Siemens software and hardware

Industrial service technician, immediate start

You primarily work on small/medium projects and maintenance in the industry;
You monitor the progress of projects and log deductions from and additions to the work in the project;
You take various measurements on delivery and put the systems into operation;
You bear responsibility for safety and environmental aspects;
You discuss the progress of the project with the client and project manager;
As necessary, you are able to enthuse and direct a team of one to three employees;
You know how to clear faults, are part of our faults clearance team and are regularly on call for this service.

Skills

You are responsible for independently carrying out modifications to new and old machines, modifying and extending distributors and related systems in the industry, and for clearing all faults. You also prepare your own tasks/projects and maintain contact with the customer. You are able to understand a system on the basis of brief instructions and an electrical drawing.  You work creatively to find technical solutions and advise the customer regarding modifications to and the installation of electrical systems. You will have a service van at your disposal and will be the face and ambassador of our company.
